Quick-fixes are appealing for a variety of reasons. Speed is definitely high on the list. However, those quick -fixes are often unsustainable and in many cases damage your health (I’m looking at you Fad Diets, Detoxes, and Cleanses).

Instead, why not map out a strategy that’s created for YOU not someone else. Besides, let’s face it on average those who set weight-loss resolutions within just 3 weeks “fall off the wagon”. Why not develop an action plan that turns those Resolutions into actual Solutions!

Here are a few examples of how small changes can make a big difference over time:

  • Replace soda with water
  • Increase fruit and vegetable consumption
  • Find a way to be active on most days
  • Try new and healthful snacks
  • Eat fruit for dessert
  • Choose leaner types of protein foods
