The answer is a resounding YES!!

With another Thanksgiving having come and gone, I hope you were able to truly enjoy your day without indulging too much. Know that if you did,  one it’s not the end of the world and two, you can easily bounce back.

First off, lose the guilt. Feeling guilty can send you back to the fridge. Use this time and energy to think about all the good times you got to experience while with family and friends.   Remind yourself what IS important, not that you think/feel you over did it. Let it go, it’s not serving you.

Second, jump right back into your usual routine. From breakfast to your snacks and other meals. Get out and go for walks and drink plenty of water, add a little lemon. (This helps with your digestion and gets things back on track)

Third, lose the guilt. Get out of your head and into your heart.  Yes, I’m repeating myself. Most of us had great intentions only to fall flat on our faces. Well, get up, and just keep on going. Remember, health, weight management or weight loss isn’t a sprint, it’s a marathon.  It’s not a destination, it’s the vehicle to get you to your destination.

Always shoot for Progress over Perfection, in all things.. ALWAYS!!

The things I use to bounce back are, Wheat-grass shots, walks, plenty of sleep, water and meditation.

Remember, life is meant to be enjoyed, allowing yourself some space to live and enjoy.
